Parts and Services FAQ

We do keep parts in stock at our manufacturing facility. You can call us or email us anytime to check for part availability and lead time for each part. 

Given we have your part in stock, the lead time should be 5 – 7 business days from the date of purchase. If we do not have your part in stock, we can refer an aftermarket part that would be compatible with your mixer model so you don’t miss any working days for your machinery. 

We have a one-year structural warranty policy restricted to the equipment parts we originally manufactured. 

Yes, we make all our equipment with parts that are easy to replace from third-party vendors or you can find them locally at your local parts store. Contact our parts team to find the best aftermarket solution or order parts directly from our factory. 

You can find your equipment serial number on the frame of the equipment. It helps us identify your order and check the warranty claim timeline to see if you qualify for the warranty claim.
